Was the day useful?

All feedback said the day was useful or very useful.

Was the venue suitable?

Good, very good, suitable. First workshop could have benefited from more space.

Was transport or parking a difficulty?

Two people had travelled a long distance
No one reported any problems with travel
One person had a problem finding a parking space in the nearby car park.

Excellent, well presented, lovely spread, very pleasant and efficient

What kind of things did you appreciate most about the day?

Informal, care and attention from the various tables, listening to other people’s point of view, general discussions, range of information, leaflets and workshops, intelligent comments at workshops, the community feeling of the day, talking with people, everyone friendly and helpful, professionals shared their information, chance to meet others

What could have improved the day?

Nothing could have improved it - it was excellent
Being able to hear everyone – some spoke very quietly
Would like to know more about Romsey

Would you like to see more Information and Consultation Days?

Frequency was mainly two per year with one person opting for quarterly.

I live alone and need to know what can be arranged to support me when anything happens to me
I have no relatives – how can I arrange back up for me at home or in hospital if that happens
I enjoyed the computer courses – never thought I would use a computer at my age - 84
I enjoyed the tasters on the computer – and the support still available by phone – more please
Enjoy the different activities at Age Concern but find difficulty getting there and so do my friends
Would like more activities such as games, gentle keep fit, high tea, different kinds of entertainment
Social Services gives me an excellent service wanted to say thank you
